Ok...Here is before I got pregnant...I was in the process of working out with my boyfriend to build muscle and tone up...then found out I was pregnant
Here is my HUGE belly lol...sorry yall I just wanted to show yall how big I really did get!
And here I am today without doing any workouts or any dieting...just taking care of the baby...
I am going to try to start a routine...does anyone have any kind of suggestions? I can't go to the gym because I have a momma's boy lol. He is a breastfed baby and I don't ever leave him anywhere. So is there any suggestions from anyone? I want to tone up don't want to lose any weight because I am 91 now! I gained 40 pounds while I was pregnant weighing 138 at the end and before I was pregnant I weighed 92. So any suggestions will help and I don't mind gaining any weight either!
