I am going to try to start a routine...does anyone have any kind of suggestions? I can't go to the gym because I have a momma's boy lol. He is a breastfed baby and I don't ever leave him anywhere. So is there any suggestions from anyone? I want to tone up don't want to lose any weight because I am 91 now! I gained 40 pounds while I was pregnant weighing 138 at the end and before I was pregnant I weighed 92. So any suggestions will help and I don't mind gaining any weight either!

Wow how tall are you?

Do you have stairs? Do you feel like you'd be motivated to workout at home?

I'm only 5'4'' I don't have stairs. Yes I think I can be motivated to workout at home! I just don't know how...Is that crazy?

Its not crazy at all. Theres so much info out there, its hard to find what works for you.

Well you could buy some simple equipment: bands, dumbells.

Or some almost free awesome equipment for outdoors: sandbags, tire

Or just go straight body weight: bodyweightculture.com has a video section

5'4 is average height for an American woman and you're 91 lbs? Sounds really low, but from what I can see you look great. You must have a very petite frame

Thanks everyone. I know I look pretty good to have had a baby. I am proud of my body! But I want to really focus on toning! Today is Monday and I bought 2 DVDs. One is a 10 minute solutions dvd for toning with a resistance band. Another is belly butt and thighs bootcamp dvd. Should I do these everyday maybe one in the morning when the lil one goes down for a nap and one in the after for his second nap? Or should I just do one at a time? I don't know.

I do have a small frame. I have always been little.

Phate89 what do you suggest I do. Give me some exercises I can do with my body weight please.

Am I the only one who noticed a NX bottle in the background.. tell your husband/bf good choice!

He was going to enter it in a calendar to see if we got picked...LOL I took pics and he changed his mind...he won't tell me why but I think he thought I wasn't good enough...LOL.

Inspiration? she didn't work out or diet...

You looked great before, during, and after your pregnancy. looks like you lead an active lifestyle anyway, and have a real nice set of genes.

I bet if you worked out in your spare time you could have any body you wanted, quickly. If you don't gain weight easily, I'd say up whatever you're eating (good, wholesome, clean foods) and try those dvd's. Pilates is fantastic too.

If you picked up a pilates dvd you could do one a day on a 3 day cycle.

Also, I'm sure having a new-born is an all day workout anyway. Eat enough to supply enough energy for youself, and I'm sure you can do anything you give an effort towards.

Good luck with the little guy
