I know, I just posted about shoulder pain. It sucks getting old! I've had this pain in my wrist probably for a couple of months. I think it might be carpal tunnel, but I'm not sure. Anyway, it hurts when I bench, and when I do pushups the normal way (with palms flat on the floor and fingers extended forward). I can do pushups with my hands on dumbbells without any problem. I'm also having trouble with my wrist when I drive and when I use the keyboard---fatigue sets in quickly. So the question is, what do I do? Between my shoulder and my wrist, I'm having a difficult time doing many exercises. I'm thinking I may just take up running again, but I'm worried my plantar fasciitis will return. Anyway, time to stop typing here and give my wrist a break.
