olympic lifting routines

anyone know a good/trusted site where i can adopt an olmpic lifting routine from?
OR
is anyone willing to teach me how to make/program a routine effectively including olympic lifts(clean and jerk/snatch ect)

give a man a fish, feed him one meal; teach him how to fish, feed him his whole life :] plz help?
 
that site has some programs. You could do like me, I have a strenght day (where I do deadlifts) then a power day where I do my oly stuff and then a work day where I do high rep stuff

Thats an awesome site man, they have some great routines. I will be doing one of those one day.
 
it depends what my coach has us do at school for weight lifting. i hope he lets us do a little of our own routine; our only lifts that we compete with are power cleans and bench >< lame
strength day is going heavier(powerlifting lifts?) ,power day is explosiveness, and work day is volume? sounds fun

you can take a look in my journal to see how I go about it. I got a lot of variety though.. I wait like a month before doing the same exercises again.
It was Goergen1 who helped me set it up though, so you might wanna talk to him. Since you're new to oly lifts I dunno if you would want the same variety as I have.. same with the other lifts really since you have had a really long break from lifting.
