I need to know how long I would have to ride a bike or walk run jog play basketball for me to lose 15lbs in a month..?
 
well, to be honest there is not way to determine exact what you need to do.
Your diet is more important then how much you exercise. If you really want to lose 15 lbs you need to change your diet, stop eating all junk foods, and then beginning exercising a lot. Count how many calories you intake, and how many you burn. For ever 3500 calories more that you burn rather than intake you will lose approximately 1 lb.
So honestly, its going to be rather difficult to lose 15 lbs that quickly, but is very achievable. I lost 25-30 lbs in a month and i only weighed 190 when i started to lose weight.
Just stay motivated, eat in portions and right, and exercise away.
