just curious who has started these and if they are fitness related?

the best resolutions are those that have quantity ... don't say "i'm going to eat healthier" ... change it to: "i want to get my body fat % to 15" or "i will lose 20lbs"

Woot, first to vote

Stay focused and extremely motivated about life, fitness, well-being, and help others as much as I possibly can.

i dont really have a reso.
If i got something i want to do i dont wait untill new years ;)
i get it sorted out straight away!

I've continuously progressed, but slowly...so basically I'm doing what I've been doing for the last 6 months or so. I've dropped from about 210 to 188 and from about 18% bf to maybe 11% The thing about doing it slowly is that I have continued to get stronger (very slowly mind you, but I certainly haven't lost strength)

I may enlist your help, Chillen, but you know my story. I can't imagine how I could take in the huge amount of calories I require in Keto. I get a lot of calories from brown rice, whole grain pasta, oats. I'd probably have to eat several pounds of meat every day.

I chose spend more time with family and friends.

I would say eat healthy / work out blah blah blah
But I've been in that zone for a couple years now.

How about get my cholesterol that my dad so lovingly handed down to me to a healthy level. Thats what started me into a lifestyle change in the first place.

edit = lower my cholesterol without drugs. No pills for this guy unless I'm on the verge of death. LOL

Stop smoking
Lose Weight
Eat healthier
and to Save money were all resolutions of mine. Working on all of them as we speak. I quit smoking back on Jan 2nd, and have been working on the others as well.
