I do hard labournothing like barrowing loads of cement up a 30 degree gradient for twelve hours a day!
If its taking you forever, then you probably have too many exercises for each muscle group and some of those may not be as effective as others so you might want to get rid of them completelyeverytime I try to do a full body workout, it takes forever (over an hour and a half), so I stick to a split

I am doing NROL and loving it.
I am currently in Hypertrophy II and seeing excellent gains. HII is 3 workouts-sort of like an upper/lower split.
