How to reduce extra fat from face.?

Your face is usually the first place you will see any weight loss... Healthy diet and exercise will definitely get you what you're looking for.
 
As everyone always says to questions like this: you can't spot reduce fat. That means you can't focus on losing fat from your face, rather you need to sustain healthy, caloric deficit eating, and do strength training to shed fat pounds. Read around the forums, with special attention to the "stickies".
 
Dang, I remember that thread, but didn't remember the big difference. That's awesome man, and really a great example for this thread.

I'm the same way too, my old pics are interesting, my face is like a balloon!
 
Yep, no spot reductions. You need to starting eating a healthy diet and exercise. However, as the face is generally not a primary fat storage place for most people, as you begin to lose weight and fat from all over your body, you may see more visable signs in the facial area than elsewhere in the beginning, depending on how your body stores fat.
 
Have a small one in my apartment complex, but I try to use the Rockwell gym on Little Creek base as much as I can now that I've been cleared to starting working out on my knee again.
 
Ah cool. I used to go to the NAB's gym a while back. I'm at the gym downtown here in Norfolk, but on the weekends I like to swim at the rec center at Bayside although they'll be closed after next week until March.
