3 week progress

I have been exercising 6 times a week for about an hour- hour and a half each day, comprised of high intensity lifting, and a bit of aerobic activity. The before pics arent exactly from 3 weeks ago, i took them probably around a month and a half ago, but i looked the same in the pics as i did when i started this program. So does it look like i am doing okay? I tried to take the pics at the same angles.

three weeks might be too small a period to see much change. Maybe wait for a few months next time to really see a difference.
 
I can definitely see a difference! Especially in your lower stomach, and also a bit on your chest. Keep it up! Apparently what youre doing is working.

What have you been doing for one hour to one hour and a half for six days a week? What type of training program?

When you say high intensity lifting, what do you mean?

What is your MT line?

What are your personal goals? What were your goals during the 6 weeks (month and a half)?

I cant accurately determine if you progressed without knowing what your goals were. Muscle gain?Fat tissue loss?

Thanks!! I agree that I may have taken progress pics a little soon, but i have never been on a training program quite this intense while adjusting my eating habits like i have. So if i can actually see im making progress, it definitely does encourage me to continue to work hard

Haha okay well.

I am using the program P90x. I do resistance training 4x a week about an hour each comprised of resistance band workouts, pullups, pushups, etc. I do not lift heavy weights but i keep my intensity level up. I do plyometrics and kenpo(kickboxing) exercises once a week each for an hour also, and I do an ab video 3x a week, its tough work.

The pictures were about a month and a half old, but i did not do anything different from that time until 3 weeks ago when i started the regime. So its safe to say i looked the same 3 weeks ago as I do in those pictures.

I am looking to burn fat and tone up. I have tried my best to stick to good foods and have done great for the most part, it has been tough being a poor college student though. Like some days i may have to eat some of my roomates Peter Pan PB when I run out of my natural pb, but i dont start shoving twinkies in my mouth or anything.

And as for the MT line, Im not quite sure what that is, you might have to fill me in on that.

I see a little bit of a difference. Keep up what you are doing, follow the program as its layed out I can testify that p90x does indeed work. I also know many, MANY men and women who can testify the same in p90x. Take pictures and measurements when you are thirty days into it, again at sixty days, and again at ninety days just like the booklet tells you to. By the time you get to day 90 you should be very pleased.
