I have been exercising 6 times a week for about an hour- hour and a half each day, comprised of high intensity lifting, and a bit of aerobic activity. The before pics arent exactly from 3 weeks ago, i took them probably around a month and a half ago, but i looked the same in the pics as i did when i started this program. So does it look like i am doing okay? I tried to take the pics at the same angles.
