Impacts of cardio on muscle

How much cardio work does it take before it starts to impact on muscle growth. If you are in a bulking phase for some time time and will continue to be for a while is at least one cardio sess of 45 minutes a week ok?

Also for how long without doing weights training does muscle mass start to decrease and disappear?

I wouldn't worry about 45 minutes a week cardio, for your average guy a mix of weight training and cardio is a great way to stay healthy and in shape. I doubt such a small amount of cardio work could be that detrimental to muscle gains

RE your second question; I have no idea at what point during a period of inactivity muscular atrophy starts but you can delay this from happening by eating well.

of course youll still make gains..

Apparently it takes around 2 weeks for any decrease
