Mary's Before Pics.....again

So i just came on this forum again and I am sure that no one really remembers me...i was on about a year ago....so let me catch you all up....i used to be around 142lbs with no muscle or definition...i got down to 130....felt amazing but still didnt have any mescle or definition.....because of college, stress, big changes in my life....i began to lose my passion for the gym and healthy eating....i got up to 145lbs....and felt disgusting...none of my clothes fit but i REFUSED to buy new ones...so i just wore sweats all the time...i didnt feel sexy, pretty...nothing....so...i started to skip meals...go on crash diets....and when i lost i just gained again....so i got up to 147.....THEN i read Tosca Reno's book about clean eating...fell in love with this lifestyle and now i am at 136-137....so i am not going to post anypics from by 140's because i simply refused to take any....so i am starting new again....at 136ish....here are my before pics...my goal....in 120s with muscle, low body fat......i dont mind criticism....i dont mind you being tough on me...go for it....

These pics are horrible, just got back from the gym, no makeup...ill post better ones when i improve some more
 
Heh, i don't see what your complaining about, I dont see anything wrong with your body and your not fat at all. Good luck with your goals though.
 
Yeah, I think you look pretty good as well. From a fitness standpoint maybe you have a little extra lower abdominal fat, but I bet you'd turn heads in a bikini just as you are
 
Yeah, you look great. That's awesome that you want to improve though! Compound lifts, a good diet, and some HIIT would lean you out nicely...
 
thanks a lot everyone!!! i am def not one of those girls that complains about how fat she is when im really not....i know im not fat....but ia gree...i have problems with my lower abdomen region and my upper legs....i just wanna see how tone i can get...i wanna push my body a little bit.....thank you :)

I remember you ;)

I personaly think you look good. You have some good genetics to work with because you're really proportional. I'd just really say the clean eating is the way to go. Sounds like you're already seeing great results. Clean eating just makes you feel better, no matter what-you just can't go wrong. Slow and steady wins the race! Great job so far!
 
thank you sparrow...your right,...eating clean is the best way to go, i feel somuch better...but im not going to lie...the holidays make it really hard to continue clean eating...im a teacher's assistant and there are so many holiday parties and all the kids bring in all these baked goods...its so hard....and also i changed my name a while ago and honestly i cant remember why.....
 
You got a great base, real some real effort and smart training you will have the banging body you want. Keep it updated and stay on it!
