Hey guys. So I've got a month and a half of vacation on my hands (college break between semesters), and I figure I'll have plenty of time to get in better shape. I've been doing well so far by changing my eating habits and by becoming more active (went from 195 to 155 in the past two years), but I'd like to try out boxing next semester and want to lose more body fat. So this is what I've been doing:
--everyday jog for 40 minutes when I wake up, before breakfast
--rotate biceps/back & shoulders/punching bag workout on a three-day rotation
--rotate doing 336 sit-ups/336 push-ups on a two day rotation
I don't know if I can handle doing 336 push-ups every other day, so I might throw in a rest day or something else, but overall, I'd like to see what people think about this. My goal is to lose body weight and minimize loss of muscle. I'd just like to get other peoples' opinions to see if I'm doing the right thing here. Thanks!
