I am so pissed off. On Saturday I went out hunting, all I did was hold a gun all day long. When I came back in the evening I couldn't lift my left arm, I just assumed it was tired or something. Well to take it safe, I didn't work out till today (Wednesday). I do my dumbell rows, everything normal... weighted situps.. normal... but then I do dumbell punches, right side's ok do my left side and I can barely do 40 lbs!!! I just dropped 15 lbs!!! that's 3-4 month's progress!!! 
I figure ok, that's pretty sh*tty. Then I do my curls, and left side is even worse!!! I can only do 10 lbs!!! When I figen started last year I was at 20!!!
What do you suggest I do? Do I do real light on my left side? Not work it at all? Will it get better or am I basically staring all over again on that side?!!!???? I'm so pissed I can barely think striaght.
