I'm planning on doing a premade program for cutting,

I found al ink to Starr's 5x5

is that right?

any thoughts on the effectiveness of his program?

(no need to talk about deficit diet and what not, i got that covered, just wondeirng about the program)
 
what about ripptoes 5x5 or waterbury's 3x10, i'm having a hard time deciding.
 
neck problem during 20 rep squat, like sharp pain at the bottom of my head so I stopped because it kept me from sleeping. i'm just doing something I threw together right now and i'm looking for one of these for a cut, that I've vowed to do till I reach my goal.
