I have been a long time lurker just figured I would sign up today..... Found alot of articles on the site very interesting and very helpful.....
onto myself here... Almost exactly one year ago I was 299lbs... as soon as I got out of highschool and stopped playing hockey and pretty much was careless I became quickly obese... Over the past year I have gotten back into my work outs and I have quickly got back down to 175lbs.... I only lost the weight to play college hockey as I really miss organized hockey over the past 2 years

Im pretty much here now to see about muscle building techniques as I am a ice hockey goalie.. so its kind of different I have to be able to maintain flexibility while also building strength/muscle!
