I'm 2 months short of 18 years old
I used to be a runner but quit, Now I am a weight trainer.
I work out 4 times a week in weight training class and throw in a few visits to the gym every week as well.
I am 5'10" and weigh 185, I really want to lose about 20 pounds, I am a horrible eater which is the reason I have gained so much weight but I have gotten to the point of disgust with how my body looks. Any kind of diet plan and excercise plan anyone can give me would be GREATLY appreciated. I have access to any foods you guys can tell me about and am willing to do any and all workouts told to me as well.
