URGENT I need routine help!!

This thread is pointless. Google Westside for Skinny Bastards and follow that routine.

ok let me put it simpler so u guys can understand wat im trying to ask:
1. i know wat u guys are telling
2. im just trying to ask about wat i should do like this:
monday: work on triceps,biceps,and......blah blah blah...lol
tuesday: run for about 5-10 minutes to warm up, then work on ur leg
wensday: rest
thursday: run for 5-10 mins to warm up, then try to pick up ur fastest running(or something like that)
friday: work on ur arms, then legs
saturday: go and jog a couple mins, then run for 4mins
sunday: rest

something like that would be good right?

ok no u dont get what we are telling you because if you did you wouldnt be such a fool about what you are doing ..i dont mean to mean but it is really annoying when ppl cant take advice...
there are many good routines and they dont have to always be body part splits besides legs and arms dont consist of your whole body..

wat i need:some help on how to get it done
wat days: monday,wensday,thursday,saturday
why: to beable to do track and basketball, and soccer
how: idk, thats why i need help
routine: idk how to do im so confused, thats why i need help

and basic questions of me that ppl need:
age:16
height:5'6
weight:between 177-185
how much i can jog: about 1.6 miles

i just want know wat im supposed to do to get faster and stronger, like how wat machines that can work the body parts (one at a time), like working ur arms then u work on ur back, then u work on ur legs, then u work on ur abs and chest

I'm done with this thread. I've said it once, it's been repeated several times--do the Defranco program. I even gave you the link a few posts above. The program has everything set out for you to a T.

Dude. People have already given you advice, i guess reading comprehension is not your friend. Re read this entire thread and do what evo said

Monday - run 10-15 mins/Chest/Triceps
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - Biceps/Back/run 10-15 mins
Thursday - off
Friday - run 10-15 mins/Shoulders/Legs
Saturday - off
Sunday - off/run 10-15 mins

Monday - Chest/Biceps
Tuesday - off/run 10-15 mins
Wednesday - Shoulders/Legs
Thursday - off/run 10-15 mins
Friday - Back/Triceps
Saturday - off/run 10-15 mins
Sunday - off

Monday - Chest/Back
Tuesday - Shoulders/run 10-15 mins
Wednesday - off
Thursday - run 10-15 mins/Biceps/Triceps
Friday - Legs
Saturday - off/run 10-15 mins
Sunday - off
