Big hips and ribcage.

I don't know how to go about this problem. First off, I'm a guy, and I lost weight a while ago to give me a nasty hourglass shape. Meanings, my ribs stick out and my stomache curves inward then back out to my hips. I don't know if I should cut or bulk, or anything at all that will help me fix my body shape.

Any help would be appreciated, here's a

I went through something kinda similar.. I'd say if you just want to lose the shape then you should cut but then you'd be underweight imo.. Best course of action would be to bulk, then cut to lose the shape and be left with some muscle mass after! it's the long way round but it'd be better i think..

Just adding that I actually changed my mind about this on seeing the pic, I don't think a cut is a gud idea at all.. What is your weight/height?

I'm about 6 feet tall, and weigh around 145 lbs. It's hard for me to put on weight because I often run, and I have track starting in two weeks. I probably won't be able to put on any mass until after that. Also, I usually lift, but for the last week the weather's been making my wrist incredibly sore, because it was broken bad before. I'm still waiting for the pain that occurs when any pressure is on it to subside.

You have nothing to cut...

You can put on mass if you eat enough.
Don't use track as an excuse. If you want to weigh more than you need to eat more.

I've been using fitday. I know I need to eat more, and I'm not using track as an excuse not to do it. It's merely an obstacle, because I'll have to eat ALOT more while running distance 5 days a week. And so the general consensus is bulk, and I will, thanks folks.

Good luck mate!

And trust me, once you've bulked up and then cut, those wide hips will look awesum!.. Think Brad Pitt - Fite Club...
