Bloody Hell - Sultanas - Need Tips

I like Sultanas and bought a 500gram bag. At the bottom it gives these daily guidlines:

Calories 90
Sugar 20.8G (23%)
Fat, Saturates, Salt - Trace

But this is for only 30g

I probably would have eat 200 grams. Thats 600 calories and 138 grams. 138% the daily guidance!!!

Im really disturbed by this. I wouldn't have even looked at this 2 months ago.

What snacks are healthy and do you eat? I love apples but would like something else.

Yes, you have to be careful with the snacks. Especially if they claim it is healthy.

Best snacks to eat:
Cottage Cheese
Yogurt (fat free)
Carrots
Grapes
Oranges
Berries
Apples
Banana
Whey Protein (if you're on the go)

And more. And again, all those above, watch the ingredients. They can contain stuff you don't want in it.
 
It's just what I meant. Whey Protein, although important, is not required if you are getting your protein from whole food sources. I only drink Whey before a workout, and after. Most people recommend you drink Whey simply because when you're cutting, you may not be getting the 0.8~1.0g per pound of your body weight. Try to determine if you are getting enough protein in the first place, then sub in a good whey protein.

Also, you should know that Raisins are good things to eat. Just not when you eat the entire bag, and when it's covered with salt.

Also, you should know that most fruits are high in sugar (strawberries, grapes, etc). This doesn't mean it's bad for you. Have you ever seen an overweight person who eats a lot of fruits and veggie? I sure didn’t.
