ok i have a number of questions i do not know the answer to, so i decided to google this site up and i want to see if i can get my questions answered
ok first off
im 5'7,115 pds, extremely skinny and im 15
should i first gain weight, then workout, or just start working out now?
my friend takes weight class at school and hes gonna help me do an all-over workout, but he says that the arms workout there sucked and it be better of if i find someone elses opinion
i want to really build up my whole arm(bicep,forearm,tricep and shoulders)
whats a good workout for that?
also,do protein shakes build muscle?
