Over the last six weeks I have managed to improve my diet and start exercising on a regular basis which I enjoy. But I find it difficult doing AB crunches. I also watch about 6 hours a week of soccer (or football, Im English) so I want to do some form of easy going ab exercise whilst Im watching football. I have seen the 6 Second AB machine which touts that people can loose 1" in a week but even if it has a 1/10 of this impact if Im using it for nearly 6 hours a week surely it will have some form on impact. Basically the question Im asking is does anyone know any good ab exercise I can do whilst watching soccer? If I can find something it could a real benefit to overall exercise. Should I give a go? Its only about $30.00?
