Oh wow, they must´ve been married forEVER!as a kid, I would visit him on my walk home from school every day, so I knew my great grand parents well, he died age 96, my great grandmother died at 101.
Here that would almost always be a young girl. They overtake you, over white lines, going around blind corners, speeding....You name it. In Queensland (all Australian states are different). At age 16 you can get a learners permit after passing a written test, the learner then has to complete 100 hours of supervised log book driving including 10 hours of night driving. At 17 a learner can then sit a practical test to get their "P" Plates (red) after 12 months independent driving they can do a hazard perception test to upgrade to green "P"s which are held for 2 years before being able to get an open licence.My nephew got his driver´s license yesterday but he´ll have to drive under supervision until he turns 18 in April.
