my abs

Im not going to rate them.

I would like to learn what your "specific" diet plan was, in addition to your weight training plan that lead to your current condition.

And, would like to know what your future plans are in reference to Diet and Training.

im 5'6 135 i eat mostly protein meals involving brown rice in lunch and dinner with a sald little dressing and full glass of 1% milk. I do 3 FBW a week also in my meals i eat lean meat including steak and chicken. I run 2 miles every other day also play golf and walk 18 holes that is around 6 miles every 1-2 days. Future plans are to keep this up. P.s My main drink is water and milk never pop. Thanks
 
I ment for my lifestyle at getting stronger do my abs look like ive been working at them. I do Bench Press low weight lot reps then high weight little reps. 150 crunches slow 50 striaght 50 left 50 right. Curls with becnch bar little weight lot reps then lot weight little reps then dumbbell 20-15-10-5. Then pushups as slow as i can with good form.
