Yesterday was ok just abunch of sleep. I just couldn't seem to keep my eyes open.
Breakfast was 2 cheese quesadillas.
Lunch was a protein shake.
Dinner was baked spaghetti.
My son in law cooked dinner and there wasnt a clean pot to be had. How he uses every dish in the house i dunno.
I ended up with around 2500 calories so i was -1000 for the day.....give or take.
