calorie counting

I bought a little scale for ten bucks that weighs in grams, then enter everything in Fitday in grams. After a while you can get pretty good at eyeballing. And, of course measuring cups for liquids. Another way to do it with things like chicken is: package is 500gr, divide it into four and you have 125gr each. Eggs are easy, just enter the number of eggs(and maybe large, med) into fitday

edit: duh, i mis-read your post, I thought you said you just can't not can... anyway a small scale is handy

what does every one use to count and keep track of your calories?
i just can figure out stuff like chicken breast, eggs.

I can give a strong idea of how many calories to ingest according to your personal information if you would like this? If you do let me know. :)
