FBW question

I do a FBW every other day and I'd like to mix it up for a week to keep my body guessing, is this a good idea?

Here is my current FBW -

Day A

Squats 2x12
Bench Press 3x8
Pullups 2xFailure
Military Press 2x12
Bent Over Rows 2x12
Abs 3x12

Day B

Deadlifts 2x12
Incline Bench Press 3x8
Chinups 2xFailure
Dips 2x10
Bent Over Rows 2x12
Abs 3x12

Any suggestions for what I should do to mix it up? I was thinking something like this...

Lunges 2x12
Dumbbell Press 3x8
Lat Pulldowns 2x12
Cable Rows 2x12
Abs 3x12

I'm not really sure what else, it's still lacking. Thanks for your help!

You could always add variation by changing the rep ranges as well. Especially with lifts like deads and squats, they work well when done heavy with low reps

Why do you think you need to "keep your body" guessing to that extent?

Building upon certain lifts and weights is necessary for adaptation to occur. People really like to muddy the waters by *shocking* and *confusing* the muscles.

To add, Mreik, you are looking huge in the AVI brother!!!! Hot damn.

I guess I've just read that after doing the same routine for awhile it's good to mix it up for a week then switch back. Am I wrong, Strout? If I am please help me out, that's why I'm here asking for advice.

Mreik, should I remove bent over rows and add legs in? Usually my arms are so dead I can barely do 6-8 reps with good form anyway.
