The past is the past..... No sense in talking about my struggles, family drama, loss and sickness......

Starting Weight: 191.2 (Weighed In Last Weekend/Took Measurements)
Current Weight/Weigh In: 188.6 Lost 2.6 lbs
I'm on a journey to reach the 160's and lose 26 - 30 lbs and then reevaluate.
I'm miserable...
Tight, Size 16 in jeans .. 2X in Tops ... I'm 5'8
I will be 43 on May 28th. Since reaching my 40's, boy is this hard! Even when healthy and completely on track with healthy eating/exercise; 5 days a week, My weight has been coming off like molasses!
I will not give up!
I have said many times: "I'm so DONE! I don't care anymore and I'll just get as fat as my body wants to!!!!"
The misery always snaps me back to reality!
Gotta keep at it!

On Day 5 of 30 days.
{30 minutes} 1 Day is the Burn 30 Work Out (Walking Aerobics with 2 lb each hand weights.)
{30 minutes} 1 Day is the Firm 30 Work Out (7 minute High Intensity Warm Up, Strength Training Exercises with dumbbells and ends with mat exercises; pilates, crunches and so on.)
Using 3 lb each dumbbells at this time. Hope to move up to my 6 lb each soon!
