HELP ME with a workout plan!

Hey guys,

I am new here, and am only 15 years old. I am 5"11 nearly 6"00. My body fat is around 17% and my main aim is to lose the fat and get toned. So please help me out here.

Aim:

  • Reduce body fat percentage
  • Get toned
  • Improve benchpress


I eat breakfast,lunch and dinner and eat pretty healthily. The only bad thing I do is drink a lot of fizzy drinks (Coca-Cola) :11doh:


So please help me out and give me tips on how to achieve my aims! Thanks guys.

First off, most basic questions or "tips" can be answered by simply reading around. There is a list of 'stickied' threads that can be read here: http://training.fitness.com/new-member-intro/where-begin-all-info-links-18741.html

Take the time to read through each thread, and you will gain a solid base of knowledge. If you can't be bothered to do this and help begin educating yourself, there's not much else we can do for you.

But... if you DO choose to read through them (or already have) come back and ask any questions (the search feature can help with that as well), and you should be able to put together a basic plan and routine with that information. Do so, post it up, and we'll help you build it up into something that will help you reach your goals!

I know, its like I gave you homework instead of just telling you what to do - but it's the only real way to succeed.

This should be the ' standardized ' first reply ( especially with the wealth of info found in the many links ) in answering any ' general ' and ' generic ' newbie questions pertaining to things like diet, training, adding mass , lose fat etc. etc.
