Hi just thought Id make this journal to let you all know how Im getting on.
Ive decided to get back into my training today and to get myself in shape which should make me feel better physically and mentally.
Found out I have to cut out diet drinks as well, despite they have no sugar what is well hidden is the amount of additives they contain.
So its Sugar Free Cordial Drinks, Tea and Coffee from next week, as if quitting the booze wasnt enough :yelrotflmao:
Im 12 stone 9 pounds now, and my body fat around my stomach has dropped off me, so Im going to try and get down to about 12 stone.
Not sure how Im going to get on, just have to keep my willpower in check

DAY 1

Started my program today, no junk food or alcohol until at least Friday.
Feels tough already, the hardest part for me is sticking out the diet than the actual fitness training itself.
The Family came round for a few drinks tonight, but I resisted temptation and stuck with Tap Water.
Because ive been eating Salads and Soups ive been feeling even hungrier, the Roast Dinner was the most filling thing ive had today.
I shud adapt to it soon enough though if I just stick it out.

DAY 3
Lack of Alcohol is annoying me now lol, had a rest day today but still stuck strict to my diet and drinking only water and cordial drinks.
It will be worth it in the end, not going to have a alcoholic drink until Friday,
Each week im going to give myself 2 drinking days and the other 5 days im teetotal.
I feel a lot more awake now, have problems sleeping but dont feel any worse for it
Back to the Gym tomorrow and Thursday then I might try and hit the Sauna one day during the weekend to try and lose a couple of pounds.

Sorry I havent been online for a bit.
Been a bit hectic recently, still slowly going in the right direction.
Got down to 12 Stone 7 Pounds, Stomach doesnt look as bloated and my face has slimmed down a bit, people have commented I look better.
Just need to move myself a bit quicker and get to my target weight of 12 stone.
