Will this routine work for bulk?

The question is: Will this diet work for my bulk?

And that routine is dumb. Just get a good fbw 3 times a week with free weights.

Yeah my diet is good, well this the first time bulking so i will have to see in about a month if my diet is working but im pretty sure it will work.

As for as the workout plan goes, i know theres about 10 different bulk routines in this fourm but what is the best to use?

There are more than 10. It's not like there are preset routines that you must use or anything. I'd choose a FBW or a upper lower split.

i subscribe to mens health, but i wouldnt touch on of their routines with a barge pole. the fact the change it every month and never repeat says it all.

buy New Rules of Lifting by Schuler and Cosgrove, good routine and solid routines.

I peronsllay don't like it. It should be either upper lower, or push pull, or fbw, don't combine legs push and pull. If its a split, i tihnk you'd need to lift 4 days a week, fbw would be 3

I tihnk theres too much volume on leg day. Lets say upper lower

Monday- Lower
Squats
Lunges
Stepups

Tuesday- Upper
Benchpress
Seated Row
DB decline
upright row

Wednsday-break

Thursday-lower
Deadlifts
Bulg split squats
Stepups

Fri- upper
Shoulder/military press
Pullups
Incline DB press
Bent over Row
