worried

ok my mom made my lil bro kyle and me go to this rock climeing wall to climb becouse kyle wanted too once kyle got done he wanted me to climb it but yesterday I had alredy did a workout so today was rest day so in my mind I said its rest day and I should not do this but kyle kept insisting a go up so I did and it was a bit of a workout to get too the top becouse thy had level 1 through 4 with 4 being the hardest and I tried number 2 and I when I got to the top I felt like I had just done a decent workout? now what my question is if I contineo and workout tomarrow will that result in over training?
 
Overtraining doesn't happen if you work real hard once. It's a cumulation of doing too much.

You'll probably be fine tomorrow.
