Need help shaping out my body

I am 18, 5'8, and 125 pounds. I have a skinny waiste, and chest, but my upper arms are some what "bulky" and bigger. My upper abs show, which I am proud of. I work out often and do a few basic workouts.

- I run 1.5-2.5 miles, about 5 times a week.
- I do about 100 total push ups and/or dips for my chest(once every 5 days)
- I do about 50-70 pull ups(once every 5-7 days)
- I do 100-150 sit ups(about once a week)

I am going away to school soon and will probably get invovled with some kind of martial arts and basketball clubs. I want to kind of shape out my body better. I am also skinny and think I can put on a few more pounds, but I don't want to loose anything I've already worked for. Any one have any ideas or suggestions for me?

Man i wish I was 18 again!...Nice workout! Anyways sounds to me like you want to bulk up your core (waistline, abs, back muscles) Dewd start taking some whey protein shakes right after your workouts and concentrate on your abs, and obliques...you can do crunches, and/or crunches w/medicine balls, leg lifts, planks etc there are tons of workouts you can do without even going to the gym. hey thanks for the advice man, appreciate it. my dad has some basic whey in the house he never uses, i'll start taking some of that after i run.
