You guys gave me some greight info in the last 2 years but over the last 8 months i have completely lost my focus , I started my fitness regeme at 15 stone (6ft) and i got the bike out and rode 15-18 miles 5 days a week , redused my calorie intake drematicly no more pub for me i sead lol , well after
a year wind rain or shine i think it kinda broke my spirit , i lost about half a stone i guiess and after a holiday last year i have tryed to get the bike out but now i manage to make myself do it mabe 1 every 2 weeks

do you think i ws going about it in the corect way and any ideas how to get my mojo back ?
