Where's Chillen when we need him??

Mistrall, the short answer is something like this: YOU and you alone, NEED to do WHATEVER it takes to get YOUR mojo back. No magic recipes here....if you find something that you LOVE doing (lifting, running, biking, whatever) you will be far more likely to stay with it. Go get that mojo cooking again, man!

I have to agree. Mojo comes from within. It really depends on how much you really want to be in shape. Try starting a journal that is what I tell all my clients. Then you have a community of people motivating you on a daily basis. Also you get held accountable for your actions. Good Luck brotha. I think I'd be bored to tears doing the same thing day in and day out... Find a new program or new sport to get interested in. If it's lifting weights, I'd suggest The New Rules of Lifting, by Lou Schuler and Alwyn Cosgrove. A great book.
