Slim in 6

Hey All,

Am new to this forum. Nice to see these remarkable progress snaps of ya'll.

I am plannin on startin this new workout "Slim in 6" by BeachBody.

Is anyone here using it?

my wife does the Beach Body Turbo jam, she loves it.

Just eat a healthy diet and exercise and you will see progress. But I doubt it will be in 6 weeks usually it is normal to lose a few pounds off the bat due to water weight, but in 6 weeks you may need to change it up. Read around and get an idea of different workouts and routines.

WElcome to the forum, some great advice on here by some great people.

Yeah, I understand that if I work hard at it.. I should see some results.
I am intending to follow it regularly along with an improvised healthy diet which would consist of no sugar, soda-pop, butter, alcohol, junk food, etc..

Let's see if I see any difference.

-Start it up
-Ramp it up
-Burn it up
-Slim n Limber
-Slim n 6 Pack

If anyone can contribute, that would be super !
 
The calories you burn depend on things like your personal weight, ,age, sex and the intensity of the exercise.
I think I saw a BMR calculator somewhere on this site. Start there and than multiply it by the time and intensity of your exercise. For example:
Your BMR is 7.3 MJ per day, you work out for an hour with heavy intensity (5xBMR). your calorie expenditure will be:
7.3 x 5 x 1/24 = 1.52MJ (1MJ = 238 Kcal) so 362 Kcal.
