keep in mind that i do maintain a healthy workout, i have a 4 day weight training routine ( Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) combined with 40 minutes of cardio and a 2 hour cardio workout ( Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday ) (days off)

Monday - Tricep / Bicep / Chest / abs

Wednesday - Shoulders / Lats / Traps / lower back / abs

Friday - Hams / Quads / Calfs / abs

Sunday - Full body routine consisting of - vertical push, vertical pull, horizontal push, horizontal pull, deadlifts, squats, leg press, abs...

Tuesday - 1 hour of running / jogging / walking *cooldown*, 30 minutes bike, 15 minutes mountain climbers, 15 minutes eliptical

Thursday - Swimming / Running *one or the other* for 2 continuous hours

Keep in mind that i was filling in my workout because i am aware that people take supplements and dont workout so i filled in my workout so people wouldnt judge me lol

I am curious as to what people think of my stack once again in a short version its - lipo-xtreme (25 mg ephedrine, jetfuel (source of caffeine), and Max CLA which promotes lean muscel tissue)

if anyone has taken these products in an effort to create an ECA stack that works hardcore i would like to hear back from anyone, or if you have a better suggestion on an ECA stack...

I am 228 right now, i was 268 5 months ago, i want to lose the weight more consistantly and quicker, i also want to lose fat not just water weight, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for any feedback on the subject

Your workout (without even a description of your exercise selection) is poor, you haven't said anything about your diet itself, and despite this your weight loss has been excellent (40 pounds in 5 months is exceptionally good). You don't need supplements, you need a better routine and some patience. You're not going to wake up tomorrow looking the way that you'd like to.

i also want to lose fat not just water weight
Unless you feel that you were holding onto 40 pounds of excess "water," I promise you that you lost, and are continuing to lose fat.

sorry i did forget to add my diet

8:00am vitamin + 3 egg whites + low cal protein shake with 26grams of protein

10:00am almonds + spoon of a "natural" peanut butter

12:00pm 1 boneless/skinless chicken breast + isopure + romaine lettece

2:00pm almonds again

6:00pm tuna(by itself), another peice of chicken, and 2 bottles of water

9:00pm isopure + another vitamin

i gave a general overview of my workout, i know changing my body isnt going to happen over night, personal matters are just affecting my mood toward the workout. my workout days dont change but the exercises i do on said days do. I do try and shock my muscles but is lifting contributing to the lack of weightloss?? I dont know an entire lot about nutrition and body building but i have tried making it a passion, im just looking for the information on it
