Another good workout today. I <3 how I finally get to do some of the exercises I've learned about. We are doing stiff legged deadlifts tomorrow :D

As you can tell, lifting = a passion for me :p
 
Yep, football in '07-'08. I prob won't come close to starting, beacuse 1 I'm too short, and I'm starting too late...but that will make me work 3 times harder. I really want to make a splash at football. Prove myself.

Shouldn't be too bad. Your wayyy stronger then me and I have been playing football for 2 years and haven't been injured yet.

I'm not at all worried about being injured. Though one of the outgoing seniors (the one that started me on powerlifting) told me today that the only thing is, that kids in this league hit really hard. Just to be aware of that, and listen to my coaches and I should be fine. What position do you play?

I play Defensive End. You have to be big for that position but I'm only around 170 pounds. Since your just starting out you probably won't get as much of an oppotunity to pick your position. Your coach will tell you what position you should try to best help out the team. My freshmen year, coach told me to play Defensive End (my first year of football) and I just loved the position since then, despite being undersized for it.
 
How tall are you?

I think height will be a big issue for me, I'm only around 5'6 =( I was told I MIGHT be able to be a linebacker

I think the reason I'm so determined to work is because freshman year, legit-I was a bitch I think. I mean, I wasn't at all...but I didn't do any sports :p I was too afraid of football, wrestling I was thinking about but waited too long, then track I had no thoughts, and I didn't even know there was a thing called 'powerlifting' back then. Sophmore year started and I looked back @ freshman year and realised that wasn't me at all. I didn't want to be that kid that just went through HS...so I made a vow to push myself and push my limits :D and it's working! Since I joined wrestling, that has led me to PL, which led me to track, which PL also is leadning me to football. Now this will be a lifestyle, and I love living it =]

Haha, well I start Kenpo VERY soon, my friend is away, and he said he wants to introduce me to the instructor first. So he will be back in a couple days and I'll start as soon as possible. Prob in first week of July

Lol, are you kidding me? Joining here = the only reason I had the balls to join wrestling in the first place :p This was like the spark that set everything in motion, because I joined here right when freshman year ended, when I wanted to change...and I believe I did/am doing so. :D
 
I have to work 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. for today (Monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday) so I missed my workout today. =\
