my workout is VERY light as far as the weights i use since i havent bought extra weights yet
i alternate between full and light squats and deadlifts(about 15% less than full):
workout a
full squat
light deadlift
workout b
full deadlift
light squat
the other stuff is standard stuff like rolls, bench, leg extensions, military press, triceps kickouts, pulls on this preacher handle (dont have anything for pullups or dips), and various other isolations i try to mix up each workout
