Looking for some help

Yeah Im 17 and i was 245 4 months ago now im currently 230 lost 15 lbs just off diet, im looking for something to help me drop 25 lbs more

I also took a boby comp test and these are the resulets

anyone have any pointers i already eat 1000 calories less and i will prolly lose another 15 by the end of summer but i was hoping is there a way to lose another 25-30 lbs by the start of september i can go to the gym and i bike for a few hours every day just about.

If you havent hit a plateau yet than everything is good. REMEMBER 1-2 pounds a week. It just takes time and dedication. If you want you can switch from the bike to doing some HIIIT running. Congrats on the weight loss so far. Keep the diet strict, dont give in and you will get there
 
Are you lifting weights at all? Lifting weights will increase your BMR and help tone up your body as you start to lose more weight.
 
No i havent started weight i need to get some good workouts rutines i need to work to lower body and chest any one got pointers??? as in work out plans for chest + lower body and im starting gym in 2 weeks.


also my gym teacher told my im a naturaly big guy normal peoples bones weight about 80-100 lbs and im 30 over same with my FFA he said normal peoples is around 120-150 ( full adults)
