Yesterdays Tri class was pretty intense. We did 40 min plyometrics and abs, then spin then I did a quick full body weight workout. Quick meaning 2 sets of 12, 2 exercises each body part. I've lost some power, that much is clear. At least weight room power
I was down weight on almost everything. It was nice to be back lifting a little though. Today I took the day off. I coached and deep cleaned my house. That was in and of itself a full body workout
I'm very sore from the plyometrics..which means, of course, I'm going to do more of them!
Tomorrow I'm hoping to go run in the heat. If I'm gym-bound I'm going to do a longer run and then swim.
I'm down 2 pounds this week. Thats a nice thing.
