So I been cutting for 2 months or so now using the 5X5 scheme and basically lifting heavy. My strength gains havent really been massive but I slowly see it. Now I read around the forum and I see how to weight lift to bulk or cut.Now getting away from that, how would you work out to get ready for your sport? I play point guard and I am not sure if I need to be lifting for hypertrophy, strength, or whatever. Anyone help? Sorry I cant really make this any clearer.
