time of day to exercise

I know AM is the best but if I do it at 7pm and go to bed at 10pm is that okay?
Sometimes its the only time in the day that I have time.

Why do you think AM is best?

The best time to workout is the time that best suits your schedule.

ETA: I never workout in the morning.
 
oh okay! I thought I read somewhere that it gives you more energy and you actually may burn more in the morning?

I also read that too late at night is not good and can ruin your sleep?

So none true? Cuz that's good news for me!
 
Some might have more energy in the morning. Others might have more at different times. That's really a personal thing. I know I don't have the energy to lift weights before I go to work. I've tried it, and can't build anywhere near the same intensity as when I train in the afternoon/evening.

Again, it's completey personal. Whatever works for you, stick with it.
