routine

is this routine good? and should i use a belt on military press and deadlift/squats? i realy only wanna do them on squats but people tell me i should always use a belt and wraps.

Monday: (upper)
BB bench press
DB incline bench press
DB Seated press
BB bent over rows
BB pull overs
weighted dips
BB curls

Tuesday: (lower)
BB squat
BB hang clean/front squat combo
BB roman deadlift
BB seated calf raises

Wednesday: (abs)
weighted decline crunches
hanging leg raises
weighted side bends
(any advice for the abs?)

Thursday: (upper)
BB incline bench press
DB bench press
BB military press
DB lying rows
pull ups
BB skull crushers
concentration curls

Friday: (lower)
BB squats
BB deadlifts
BB good morning/reverse lunge combo
weighted leg curls
BB calf raises

its a 2 hr class at golds gym abs/boxing...

saturday AM: (abs then running both AM)
superset (no rest, only 20 sec. rest btw sets) - weighted crunches, leg raises, side bends (3 sets of 20 reps)

Sunday: REST REST REST



HOW is this bad? it looks pretty balanced to me. and yes im cutting.

and i will be doing all this in the AM. and the PM i will be taking boxing classes mon-thrus./abs
 
in the post it says that you are cutting and in your signature it says your bulking. which is it.

if your cutting, why are you doing isolations? your muscles wont grow from them kuz your cutting so...

you should have an equal amount of push/pull. equal. and you have to have an equal amount of horizontal/vertical. you have a lot of horizontal. focus more on compunds. and keep volume lower than when you are bulking.

? what are you talking about 4 and 4?
squat: push. balance with deadlift: pull
bench: push. balance with row: pull
military press/dips: push. balance with pullup/chinup: pull.

i dont do isolation so i not sure if you really have to balance those...you probably do. with other isolations. like i said theres no point in doing iso when cutting. keep your numbers on the big lifts up and you will keep strength.
 
if you got 7 upper body pusing and pulling movements you probobly are doing too much. But then you are just gonna have to be imbalanced one way one workout, and imbalanced the other way the next workout ;)
