The fastest way

Hey
I'm 16 years old and i was wondering what exercise is the fastest way to loss the fat in your stomach.

I was thinking of skipping for 20 minutes then going on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day, but I dont have time for that haha. would skipping 20 minutes a day work?

Are there any other exercises which would be a fast way of loosing your stomach?

And i have one more question, when you gain musical, do you loss fat?

you cant spot reduce the fat from your body. If you do enough cardio and lift heavier weights with 5-6 meal diet throughout the day you should lose 1-2 pounds a week. Maybe you lose it in your legs first but overall your whole body will even it out and evenutally it will come off of your stomach. Also make find out your calorie maintance and subtract 300-500 from that so you are eating less calroies than normal. In a week or 2 if you do this you will see results

also i'm not sure about skipping....does any1 else have an opinion. I would think that skipping wouldnt be able to get your heart rate up to much

I always have good results riding my bike for a long time, or very frequently.

2 or 3 years ago, I lost about 10kgms in 2 weeks, just riding my bike a lot :D
My point is, perhaps you should do cardio for longer.

Doing certain exercises doesn't burn fat off of certain places, as nice as that would be.

Even if you don't have a lot to lose and just want to "tone" up a bit (a favorite girl term), you still need to go about it in the right way. That means developing a good eating plan and a good exercise plan consisting of cardio and strength training.

As for your second question, muscle does burn more calories to maintain itself than fat does pound for pound. Therefore, the more muscle you build, the more calories your body is burning, even at rest. However, keep in mind the difference is small, and you cannot build a lot of muscle while losing fat. In order to lose fat, you need to create a caloric deficit (eat less than your maintenance amount), and to build muscle, you need a caloric surplus. Obviously, you can't do both at the same time.
