Will I be able to shed 9-10 kilos for June 30?

Hi all...

I will be going to my homeland on June 30th. I am thinking for losing app. 10 kilos!!

I have an elliptical trainer at home and I am thinking of having a light diet taking away bread, fried food, potatoes, carrot, corn, coke, rice, and pasta!

If I start working out an hour a day with the elliptical and then alternate it with jogging, will I be able to lose that weight? I am 1,70 meters (app. 5'6'') and weight 67 kilos (app. 148 pounds)

My goal weight is: 58 kilos (128 pounds)

Is this realistic? Can it be done? I am ready to start with it from April 30th!!
Time of diet plus exercise: 2 months!

Please advises are welcome! I am frustruated! I need to lose this :(

no way in hell.

Your weight is already pretty low. You will only shed that kind of weight if you are obese.

The closer you get to your goal wait the less you loose per week.

Well considering your not "massive" id have to say that pretty impossible.
Health-wise and looks-wise you would be far better off doing more exercise and just eatting the "right amount" rather than just cutting out a bunch of useful foods

Thanks to all for the comments. But still!! No harm in trying!! Will keep you updated when I start.

Cheers!

No you won't lose the 10 kilos. Don't eliminate all the carbs in your diet, and don't drastically lower your calorie consumption, all you will do is lower your metabolism. If i had two months I would keep up the cardio work, but I'd also start weight training (don't ignore the lower body). Don't eat breakfast in the morning before you exercise, that way you'll oxidize fats in your body for energy production. The most opportune time to burn fat for energy production is about 4 hours after any meal.
