favourite exercises

i was just wondering what is everyones favourite exercise was.
my personal favourite is either flat bench or calf raises

I enjoy dumbell pullovers and heavy rows.

Not too fond of leg press or squats.

And I never used to like doing upright rows but they arent so bad now.

hmm, this is a friggin tough one.
I do love power cleans, and i also love deadlifts.. so its between those i think. Maybe power snatch aswell..

Weighted pull ups, kettlebell swings, snatches, clean and jerk. I also enjoy OL's with a heavy sandbag.

putting 155 lbs above my head with a olympic(standing) shoulder press with me being only 148 lbs i find pretty satisfying :-D

Power snatch looks like a cool exercise to do, but I've never done one before!

Seems to work most of your body?

Yeah, explosiveness, and it works most of your body. If you decide to try, you should really see a coach who can teach you technique, or do like i do, learn them from the internet, it can be risky though, but be sure to study vids of them in slow motion and try it out, maybe take a video of it and post it on a site where people know their oly lifting (i think a coupple of people here know theirs) so they can critique your form.

Flat bench or overhead press. Some days I'm doing so well that I feel like I could rip the bar in half. Rawr.

I like putting up big numbers on just about every lift. Clean and press probably the most, and squats maybe the least. Squatting owns me...because no matter how many PR's I break, I'm still squatting pussy weight.

I love bench pressing and doing a weight to weight ratio. Basically how much are you benching over your weight?? I am up to 115 lbs over my weight.

I also have bcome a huge fan of the deadlift. I recently started deads and it is exhausting and fun all at the same time. I have seen some tremendous gains from it too.

I love whatever I know is going to get me gains. Dips used to be my favourite but now it's started to become the single leg squat. I try following them with deadlifts now and I don't think I've ever known a better combination for strength
