Does anyone else do this!!is it good for you

I want my arm's and everything else to get big by summer here's my schuduale

Monday...bicepts tricepts

wed....shoulder legs

friday...chest back

Now for the Question, I was talking to my friend and he said if i want to get big quick work upperbody on monday and tuesday work lower body and wedensday work upper and so on but my body only gets 24 hours to repair it self..is that healthy for your muscles. One more thing usally i need to wait a couple days cause my arms are buring is it healthy to work with burning arms the next day. THANKS
 
Do a fullbody workout with compound exercises and it's bicep, not bicept
 
Three times a week does not harm me, but keep in mind, I only use one set for each exercise, so I don not know if it will harm anyone doing multiple sets. There is a debate on whether a split routine or a fullbody routine is better, but I choose fullbody by experience between the two.
 
A full-body routine would actually be great for you. It would do a lot better for you than that split you got goin on.. More frequency, as long as not overdone, is a great thing.

You have to be patient if you want to get big, it won't happen overnight
