Just got back from the gym. I decided to test my 1RM in deadlift today.
Last year i got hit by a car, tore the medial ligament in my knee, so no lower body work for a while there, lost alot of strenght. So today i was really hoping to just match my old PR of 140kg 308lbs (if even that) but once i did, i felt i had a bit left inn me and put on 145kgs (319lbs), went slow, but was ok. I thought about going for 150kg, but my low back was a bit fatigued so i decided ill do it next time i test my 1rm. All in all, a damned good day, even though i dident break my old pr with alot, im satisfied!
