HIIT and Plyometrics workout

Ive just recently started a plyometrics workout with weights to try and increase my speed and vertical leap for basketball. I was just wondering if I could also do HIIT training at the same time. Like one day HIIT training the next plyometrics?
 
Yes, a person could under the right conditions. Give us a look at your current workout and other factors (age, years playing,injuries etc.) to get a better answer
 
My workout Monday Wednesday Friday

Warmup: Skipping and stretches

Basic Plyometrics:
Knee tuck jumps 3 sets 10 reps.
ankle hops 3 sets 30 reps
Line jumps 3 sets 15 reps
Rim jump 3 sets 8 reps
Split squats 3 sets 12 reps weight: 40lbs

Weights:
Snatch grip deadlifts 3 sets 10 reps weight: 45lbs
Full Squats 3 sets 10 reps weight: 45lbs

Warm down: stretches

16 years of age, been playing for 2 years, no major injuries. I'm 6"3 and weigh 198lbs.
