Hi.. I'm new here and wanted to post my progress thus far. I've been trying to keep track of my every move by journaling.. I find it helps to keep me motivated which is a good thing as it seems it's getting tougher and tougher to keep my weight loss going in the right direction the more I lose. I have 4 young children I need to be able to keep up with, 1 being a 6 year old with Cerebral Palsy.. so losing this 160+ extra pounds has not only been a challage for me .. but something that REALLY needs to be done regardless. Anyhow.. here are my pics. Thanks for having such a motivating place for people like us to get support.
