Increased Calorie Diet

Hey guys! For the past week, I have been asking about my diet and exercise program, in order to lose weight. Now, I have come up with a new diet to lose weight. Tell me what you think please! (I am 14 years old, 5'10", 160 pounds)

Breakfast: 1 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios and 1/2 cup of 1% milk.

Snack: 1 apple/orange/pear/whatever

Lunch: Indian food - fried vegetables, wheat tortillas, 1 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios (plain)

Exercise: outside bike riding for 25-30 minutes.

Dinner: some fruit OR some cereal OR fat free yogurt

What do you think?

Too many carbs and processed foods (i.e. the cereal), too little protein and (I'd guess) calories.

While stir frying is probably the best of the frying methods, I'd think boiling, roasting, and/or baking would be more food plan friendly.

QUIT posting the same lame ass diet, and expect Different answers. Albert said it best Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

You are basically inane in Albert's point of view. Quit wasting peoples time, your to lazy to read a single reply that doesn't praise your horrible diet so why bother continuing to ask?

silent - shut the hell up, you piece of garbage. You don't deserve to talk to me - now shut your mouth and keep it shut!
This is your 2nd warning and one more will result in a perma ban. Let's see how a 2 week ban will do ya.

Hopefully you will take the time to learn how to talk to people.

Props to LV. He's given all of us two weeks of freedom from the Honey Nut Cheerios diet. Thank you.

Sigh...sadly, some people just can't be reached, for some strange reason...:(
