help!!help!!!!!!

my height is 172cm
recent weight-81.9kgs(my aim is 70kgs)
bodyfat-26% (thats a lot:eek: )(my aim is to go < 10%)

i start my effort to lose my weight since 3 weeks ago..and i have loss
6kgs since then..after reaching my recent weight(81.9kgs),its didnt see any changes on my weight anymore:confused:
so,there i stuck at 81.9kgs for a week...
im not rushing to loss my weight,but its just dimotivate me:eek:
for the pass 3 weeks,i do cardio every evening..i jog 30-40 minutes
a day..sometimes i do the treadmill for 30 minutes(8mph)...
do anyone have suggestions for me?maybe im doing wrong?
im from asia,people in asia take rice as their main meal(day n nite)..what do u think?any diet/nutrition sugestions?:cool:
do i make a good progress???
 
what is you current diet?
 
breakfast - i dont breakfast
lunch - rice + chicken(roasted) + veggie
high tea - usually i just grab 2 piece of bread
nite - fruits + veggie

i don`t know when to eat,what should i eat,how much should i take...

Please tell us exactly what you eat and how late you eat it.

For example:

08.00 :Milk and cereal
12.00 :100Grams rice , 100Gram chicken

And START EATING BREAKFAST!
 
There are reasons why they say "breakfast is the post important meal of the day"!!
